On-Set Shenanigans

You’ll be happy to know, my plan is working perfectly. Dragon’s a mess, he can’t direct. While I’m swiping a paw at every problem that comes up. That’s super producer to you. I’ve got Shirly eating out of the palm of my hand. Rich Puppy’s debit card. I figure by the end of the week, they’ll make me the director.

David C Smith  Director of Photography Letting Go the FilmI hired a DP who I think can handle Dragon for me. His name is David C. Smith and, while every other DP I talked to thought we were ridiculous, Dave understood where we were coming from. He’s shot for horses you know. Dogs are much less stubborn than horses. Talk about not coming out of your trailer!

Shirly Brener Signs On for Female Lead!

My plan is working perfectly. He fell for the internationally reknown Shirly Brener and she’s already questioning his directing skills. I pulled her aside (hey, that’s what a leash is for!) and told her not to worry. I have her back (and what a back!) She wants to know who’s going to play the male lead. Then I told her – me! She laughed! See, I knew I could do comedy.
